Surgery - Cardiovascular Physician

A community hospital in Reading, PA, is seeking a skilled physician to provide cardiac thoracic services in both the hospital and a corresponding clinic. This position requires expertise in the cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) and vascular surgery, including endoscopic and vessel harvesting techniques. Job Responsibilities - Provide cardiac thoracic services and surgeries, focusing on CVOR and vascular procedures.- Perform endoscopic and vessel harvesting, including radial harvesting.- Handle an array of general and specialized surgeries as preferred, including laparoscopic, head / neck, and vascular surgeries.- Manage ventilation, chest tube, central line, and PA catheter placements as needed.

Qualifications - Board certification eligibility required.- BLS certification required.- Independence in surgical procedures such as endoscopic and vessel harvesting.- Experience with a wide range of preferred surgeries, including minor orthopedics and hand surgery.
