Job Position Description
With a 'One Team' mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Water extraction and mitigation
- Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
- Microbial remediation
- Mold remediation
- Vandalism, crime scene and biohazard clean up
- Demolition
- Structural board-up and site stabilization
- Carpet cleaning
- On location cleaning
- Content handling / storage
- Equipment set up, monitoring and break down
- Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, material and consumables on job site and warehouse at all times
- Manage and maintain inventories of all equipment, material, consumables and tools
- Emergency Mitigation and On Call Rotation
- Complete all necessary paperwork including daily progress report, moisture logs, safety logs and diagrams
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Adhere to all company best practices
- Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
- All other duties or projects as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire and mold) is preferredIICRC certification for fire & smoke, water damage, and microbial remediation is preferredExcellent communicator, both verbally and writtenAbility to work with people in a professional mannerMaintain a valid and current driver's licenseAvailability for travel in response to projects and / or catastrophic events in DFWSuccessfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background checkStrength with multitasking and handling deadlinesAbility to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of timeCompensation & Benefits
