What does a Lamination / Emboss Technician do?

As a Lamination & Emboss Technician at Len-Tex Corporation, you will specialize in the setup and operation of lamination & embossing machines for vinyl wallcovering production. Your key responsibilities will involve loading vinyl and backing substrates onto the laminator, setting machine controls for speed, tension and heat, ensuring a seamless production process. You'll monitor machine performance during production runs, adjusting as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will inspect finished products for defects, ensuring that only the highest quality wallcovering reaches our customers.
