The FORTNA Leadership and Development Rotation (LADR) Program is a 1-year, rotational program committed to the accelerated development of entry-level Professional Services and Engineering talent with a passion for technology, automation, and professional services coupled with a drive for exceptional client service. Through intense training and a variety of business-critical assignments, technical and business skills are developed. LADR graduates have the technical and business foundation to make innovative contributions that help our clients be successful in a dynamic world. The program consists of the following functions : Operations, Commercial, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Software Development. Program members are full-time Fortna Associates and work in rotational assignments to accelerate their development and assimilation into the business.

Assist accounting teams in the monthly close processAssist in :Creation and preparation of the monthly reporting packagePreparation of balance sheet reconciliations, including any related researchImplementation of process enhancements including updating any documentation as neededLearn and support the process for taxes, inventories, receivables, and payablesCommercial Finance and FP&A Track :
Assist in the creation of the monthly reporting package to be utilized by Executive LeadershipTrack payment terms and milestones for potential and booked projects to assist in accurately forecasting FORTNA's cash positionThrough variance analysis, analyze monthly results vs. our multi-year forecasts for review by Executive LeadershipProject Controls Track :
Assist in the forecasting of large multi-million dollar projectsLearn the methodologies behind FORTNA's revenue recognition process and assist in measuring the impacts it has across the companyCreate and update models to ensure accurate and timely financial reportingRequired qualifications :
