This is a hybrid position with a regular schedule split between onsite work at both locations and remote work from home.

What You’ll Do in This Role :We’re seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee agreements across our Provider Network and broader business operations. In this vital role, you'll work closely with leadership, finance, and health plan teams to ensure contracts meet CMS requirements, support service delivery, and align with our mission.
You’ll manage contract development, compliance, and partner relationships—keeping us aligned, accountable, and moving forward. Join us at LifeCircles PACE and help us deliver exceptional care through strong, effective partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities :
Coordinate the development, execution, and renewal of contracts in collaboration with leadership.Negotiate contract rates and single-case agreements.Lead the implementation of new contract management software and oversee the migration from the current platform.Maintain and update the Provider Directory.Verify provider credentials.Manage staff rosters for contracted providers delivering direct care to participants.Audit network providers for compliance.Develop and manage provider satisfaction surveys.Coordinate with auditors for MDHHS or CMS audits.✅ What You’ll Need :
Experience working with contracts and credentialing, with a solid understanding of contract management processes.2-3 years of experience in a healthcare related field.1 year of experience working with the elderly or in geriatric care settings.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate relevant software and tools.The above is a summary of the position, it in no way states or implies that these are the only duties this position will be required to perform.
