Senior Human Resources Generalist - Jackson, MS
Eaton's IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist. This role is based at our Jackson, MS facility. The Jackson facility has approximately 500 (300+ bargaining unit and 200+ salaried) employees and is a leader in the design, development, manufacture and delivery of aerospace hydraulic components, systems and services to the global aftermarket and OEM markets. The expected annual salary range for this role is $83,250.00 - $122,100.00 a year. Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What You'll Do :
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources OR a master's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources. Relocation benefits are being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside or willing to relocate within the immediate geographical area of 50 miles of Jackson, MS will be considered. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. This position requires access to export-controlled information. Preferred Qualifications : MBA or Masters in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Industrial Psychology or Management; 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment; 1 year of experience supporting a "Bargained for" client group; Professional Human Resource (PHR) Certification. Skills : Strong ethics, values and the ability to influence others' decision-making. Ability to manage multiple projects / activities; results-driven. Process-oriented and ability contribute to continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Coaching and counseling skills.
