What You'll Do
As our Marketing & Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth. You'll support marketing efforts, engage with potential customers, and help the team achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include :
Assisting in the development and execution of the annual marketing planSupporting the sales team with lead generation and customer outreachMonitoring customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns or complaintsCoordinating and executing marketing events and campaignsManaging relationships with centers of influence (COIs) and potential clientsMaintaining customer data and reporting on key performance metricsHelping create and manage marketing materials and content for digital and offline channelsSupporting the team with any ad hoc business development tasksWhat You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCreative mindset with the ability to execute marketing strategiesOrganizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using software tools (CRM, marketing platforms, etc.)A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the roleWork Details
