What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Develop an understanding of the employer's strategic objectives and market landscape to identify acquisition opportunitiesManage the end-to-end M&A process, including screening, diligence, negotiation, closing, and integrationConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential disruptionsStructure and negotiate deal terms, including valuation and legal agreementsMentor and support junior team members in the corporate development groupWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Investment BankingProven track record of leading and executing M&A transactionsStrong financial modeling and valuation skillsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levelsBachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related fieldHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
