Position Summary

Anew Solutions is seeking an experienced OEM Auto Transport Dispatcher to coordinate and oversee the movement of new vehicles from manufacturing facilities and distribution centers to dealerships and delivery points nationwide. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, real-time communication, and the ability to manage multiple shipments while maintaining Anew’s high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch OEM vehicle shipments through approved carriers and internal fleets.
• Enter and maintain accurate load details within TMS (Turvo) and associated tracking platforms.
• Communicate proactively with drivers, carriers, and customers regarding pickup and delivery schedules.
• Verify carrier compliance, including authority, insurance, and safety requirements.
• Track all active loads and provide status updates to OEM partners and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve potential service issues, delays, or discrepancies.
• Ensure all required documentation (rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs) is completed and filed correctly.
• Collaborate with inbound / outbound teams to ensure smooth load planning and coverage.
• Support claims, billing, and customer service teams with accurate transport records and updates.
