Job Title : Inclusion & Belonging Coordinator

As the Inclusion & Belonging Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving initiatives that foster a culture of belonging and equity across. You’ll collaborate with passionate colleagues, support innovative programs, and help shape the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule impactful activities and events that promote inclusion and belonging.
- Attend and evaluate Inclusion & Belonging trainings, sharing insights to improve accessibility and relevance for all employees.
- Coordinate communications and projects with the Inclusion & Belonging Advisory Board and Business Resource Groups (BRGs).
- Research and recommend new guidelines and policies to advance our Inclusion & Belonging strategy.
- Keep internal platforms and resources up to date, ensuring employees have access to the latest information.
- Partner with the recruiting team to attract, engage, and hire diverse talent.
- Create engaging content for Viva Engage and collaborate with marketing on communication strategies.
- Support Community CliQ platform management and assist BRGs and regional committees with events and projects.
- Contribute to research and special projects that drive our Inclusion & Belonging goals.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of the team.
Skills & Qualifications :
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Collaborative and eager to contribute to creative problem-solving.High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.Proven administrative and project management abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Inclusion & Belonging, Organizational Development, Psychology, Global & Cultural Studies, or equivalent experience.Demonstrated interest or experience in Inclusion & Belonging initiatives.Leadership experience through studies, projects, or previous roles.Certificates, Licenses, Registration : None Required
