The Assistant Manager is responsible for aiding the manager in overseeing the operation and staff of the restaurant and Room Service to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency.

Qualifications : Education, Knowledge, Training, & Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two Three years restaurant experience.
• Two years management experience.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pleasant and positive personality.
• Well organized.

Essential Functions

Marginal Functions

Environment : Indoor, carpeted, climate-controlled environment. Hard kitchen floors with occasional slippery or greasy areas. And / or well lit, climate-controlled kitchen area. Moderate to frequent exposure to loud noise levels. Some odors from food preparation and / or cleaning products.

The compensation for this position is $50,000.00 / Yr. - $60,000.00 / Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
