Purpose :
The Client Specialist is responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, which enables the sales team to build lasting relationships with our customers. This role involves various activities aimed at driving sales and supporting the sales team effectively. Additionally, the Client Specialist will serve as the primary support for surrounding Levin Mattress locations, assisting with daily sales and operations as needed. This position acts as a training role for the Sales Associate position, with a maximum assignment length of six months.
Core Responsibilities :
Successfully completes all core training required for Sales Associate roleProvides outstanding support to customers and sales staff to ensure an exceptional customer experienceProvides administrative and operational support to store team and neighboring Levin Mattress locations when neededMust be willing to work at nearby Levin Mattress locations as neededCompletes daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned by managers to support store teamDevelops and maintains positive working relationshipsJob Description / Duties :
Participate in all store sales meetingsAttends all Store vendor trainings. Presents training to the store team in a weekend meeting for all to benefitUnderstand daily / weekly promotions and how to price merchandise accordinglyAd set and ad pricing on showroom floorProcess transactions through the Storis (POS) systemAssist customers and sales team with finance options and how to apply through waterfall portholeUtilize digital ups system and manage customer flow during open floorKnowledgeable of Platinum Protection Plan sales process and productAssist sales team on Platinum Protection Plan presentation and processesMust be a certified Sleep Specialist with thorough knowledge of bedding sales process, policies, and comfort trialsServe as the store's Social Media Specialist by leveraging global social campaigns and enhancing their impact through active staff participationAssist with store presentation standards, pricing, and floor maintenanceAssist sales team with scheduling filled ordersAssist sales team with transactions during open floorEngage incoming customer calls for sales as neededOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications / Skills :
Schedule - Flexibility / availability to work a retail hours / scheduling including evenings, weekends, holidays and / or special eventsDemonstrates exceptional customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication and listening skillsBasic reading and comprehension skillsBasic numerical reasoning skillsAbility to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat, and efficient mannerDemonstrated knowledge of basic PC skillsOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to work independently and diligently in a retail store environmentMust have reliable transportation to work locationsEducation : High School Diploma and / or GED Equivalent and abovePhysical Demands :
