Key Responsibilities
Provide effective, individualized physical therapy treatments to a wide range of patients.Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and other clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.Build strong patient rapport to encourage participation and progress throughout the plan of care.Maintain clear, accurate documentation in line with all regulatory and clinic standards.Contribute to clinic operations and improvement efforts that enhance the patient experience.Support clinic outreach and relationship-building within the Clinton community.Qualifications
Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma.Solid clinical skills and commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Team-oriented, flexible, and eager to grow with a supportive group.Open to working in a rural community with a strong sense of connection and purpose.What We Offer
