HVAC Service Technician & Installation Specialist

Join a premier HVAC contractor in Miami, Florida, as a Senior HVAC Service Technician / Installation Specialist. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead installations, maintenance, and repairs for commercial and industrial HVAC systems throughout South Florida's most prestigious properties.

Essential Responsibilities :

Execute complex HVAC system installations, including ductwork, chillers, and digital controls
Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on advanced HVAC systems
Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards and local building codes
Provide technical guidance and superior customer service to clients
Document service calls, repairs, and installations in digital systems

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC installation and service experience

EPA Universal Certification required

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including VRF and building automation

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
