Senior Content Development Administrator Excellent internal and external customer service skills are required for this role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including phone skills for distributed projects and customer / program team meetings.
Excellent writing skills, including the ability to write accurate and effective scorer training and teach content staff to write quality annotations and other documentation.
Strong content-specific knowledge and the ability to develop, coach, and provide feedback to content staff assigned to projects.
Clear understanding of scoring concepts, such as frequency distribution, validity, and calibration, and the ability to apply that knowledge to scoring situations.
Strong computer skills, including use of common Microsoft Office applications and Google tools, and ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
Ability to supervise large groups and maintain a confidential work environment.
Preferred qualifications include two years of experience as a Scoring Director or five years as a Scoring Supervisor, and a background in educational measurement.
Bachelor’s degree required, with a degree in education, English, mathematics, science, or language preferred.
Teaching experience in grades K-12 is also preferred.
Key responsibilities include guiding and supervising scoring directors, ensuring consistent application of scoring decisions, and working with project managers to complete quality management plans.
Conduct interventions and coach scoring directors as needed, and complete feedback forms and provide timely feedback.
Work with scoring directors to create online training modules and review training sets and annotations.
Ensure proper documentation and archival of all scoring decisions and final training materials.
