Kitchen Sales and Design Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and creative Kitchen Sales and Design Specialist to join our team. This role combines kitchen, bath, and interior design expertise with strong customer service and sales skills to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance in kitchen, bath, and closet design, including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, hardware, and storage solutions.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience by identifying client needs, presenting design options, and explaining product features, comparisons, and pricing.
Use design software (CAD / 2020 Design) to create accurate layouts and professional presentations.
Generate and manage concise work orders, ensuring accuracy from concept to installation.
Coordinate projects, oversee timelines, and ensure successful completion of client installations.
Achieve personal sales goals through lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling complementary products.
Stay current with the product catalog and market trends.
Support general store operations, including merchandising, upkeep, and occasional loading / unloading of products.
Qualifications
Proven experience in kitchen, bath, or interior design, with strong understanding of space planning and materials.
Background in retail sales, consultative sales, or home improvement preferred.
Proficiency with design software (2020 Design, AutoCAD, or similar) is highly valued.
Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
Willingness to occasionally assist with physical tasks (lifting / moving products).
