This role will be out of Macedon, NY.

WHAT WE NEED

The Director of Engineering will oversee the execution of a diverse capital project portfolio aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, expanding production capacity, and introducing new technologies across multiple manufacturing sites (Macedon, NY; Williamson, NY; Corona, CA; Pennsauken, NJ). This position will require a hands-on, results-driven individual capable of managing large-scale engineering projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives that directly impact production capabilities, cost effectiveness, and long-term business growth.

The Director of Engineering will work closely with site leadership, operations teams, and other senior leaders to drive the execution of key capital projects, including plant expansions, equipment upgrades, process automation, and facility optimization. In addition to managing the capital project portfolio, the Director will also focus on driving development of site engineering teams through direct leadership and mentoring of site Managers, manufacturing efficiency improvements, process optimization, and resource allocation to ensure maximum productivity and cost savings across all manufacturing locations.

• Promote a safety-first mindset, ensuring that all engineering and manufacturing processes adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory standards.
