Project Manager

Position Overview :

Our Client is seeking two experienced Project Managers to join their team. This is an onsite, full-time position requiring candidates to commute to the office daily. The ideal candidates will bring strong leadership skills, proven government contracting experience, and a deep understanding of construction management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.

Lead project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients, ensuring compliance with government regulations and contract requirements.

Prepare and review project documentation, schedules, budgets, and reports.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Oversee quality control and safety compliance on site.

Serve as primary point of contact for government agencies and other stakeholders.

Facilitate communication between all project parties and senior management.

Mandatory Requirements :

Onsite only : Must be able to commute to the office full-time; remote work is not available.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field (BS required).

Experience : Minimum 10 years in construction with roles such as Estimator, Project Engineer, and / or Project Manager.

Job Stability : At least one 3+ year tenure with a single employer within the past 10 years

Government Experience : Direct experience working for government or federal contractors is required. Candidates must provide a detailed project list including agency, contract type, project value, role, and dates.

Preferred Qualifications :

Proficiency with eCMS and Procore construction management software.

Graduation year ideally between 1995 and 2015 to align with experience expectations.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
