BBGH utilizes the following Respirators : PAPR, 3M 1860, 1860s, 1870, 9205BBGH Tuberculosis Health Screen Questionnaire BBGH Client Specific Form; completed within thirty (30) days of start, and updated annuallyTB Documentation of two (2) TB skin tests (one (1) TB skin test completed within year of start date and one (1) TB skin test completed within thirty (30) days of start date); TB skin test annually thereafter, or TB QuantiFERON or T-Spot within ninety (90) days of start and annually thereafter. For past positive PPD cases, proof of past positive TB, Chest X-Ray (2 views required) conducted within one (1) year of start.Education verification Education verification must be for the highest level of education relevant to the postiion working through a third party vendor. Diplomas or transcripts are not accepted. The education institution must match the name of the institution on the BBGH Background Collection form as well as the resume (institution and date graduated)Color Blindness Test Completed within one (1) year of start date. Either completed through a clinic or through an on-line testing module with a passing score.Specialty Competency Exam Completed within one (1) year of start for the specialty corresponding to the CP's Assignment. Required annually and 80% or passing score required.Joint Commission Core I, II, and III modules Completed within one (1) year of start; required annually. Must include HIPAA training. An 80% passing score is required.Department ER department built in 2016 with (1) Triage room, (5) patient rooms, (1) OBGYN exam room and (2) Trauma Bays5,000 visits annually.  Will see pediatric to geriatric patient population with most common diagnoses being abdominal pain, nausea, chest pain, car accidents, slip and falls, and farm accidents.  Will transport patient to a larger medical centers if critical as BBGH does not have an ICU.Misc of 5 years experience working in ER department required.  This is a firm requirement as they need experienced nurses. Licensed as Registered Nurse in State of Nebraska or compact state; BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC are required.  BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be issued through American Heart Association.  Experience with doing blood draws would be preferred as RN may need to draw blood in trauma situations. Dress code :   Navy blue scrubs 12 hour shifts :   6 : 45pm-7 : 15am and 6 : 45am-7 : 15pm.  May work 12 : 00pm-12 : 30am occasionally to fill in as needed.  Will work every third weekend. Orientation :   Held every Wednesday, consisting of three days of classroom orientation and one shift with preceptor. Guaranteed Hours : 36 Contract Weeks : 88
