Marketing Research Analyst

Randstad in partnership with a leading roof manufacturer are seeking a Marketing Insights Analyst to join our Insights Team. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting and managing market research initiatives to drive customer-led strategy for our residential roofing business. You will be responsible for translating customer needs into actionable research plans and delivering impactful insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management : Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end market research projects, from gathering requirements and defining methodology to delivering final presentations.
• Research Design : Develop and program surveys and discussion guides, utilizing best practices to create engaging quantitative and qualitative experiences for our customers.
• Qualitative Research : Employ qualitative methodologies, including moderating focus groups and in-depth interviews, to gather deeper customer insights.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze research findings and present actionable insights to project owners and stakeholders to help drive product, brand, and customer experience strategy.
• Administrative Support : Assist with customer insights events and manage the Insights Knowledge Management Platform to share research assets across the organization.
