job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLocation information : 127 E Main Street, Middletown, NY 10940 Schedule : Fulltime, Monday-Friday Multi provider practice with General Dentist, Pediatric Dentist and Periodontist Well-established, paperless and digital practice with Itero and CBCT Clinical Expertise : Diagnose and treat oral health issues using advanced dental procedures. Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments. Treatment Planning : Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Educate patients on treatment options, ensuring informed decision-making. Patient Care : Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing oral health concerns. Build positive relationships with patients and create a comfortable environment. Leadership and Collaboration : Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations. Provide guidance on treatment plans, protocols, and best practices. Adherence to Protocols : Adhere to established clinical protocols, including infection control and safety measures. Implement and follow specialty referral guidelines when necessary. Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education. - Competitive daily rates starting at $800, depending on experience and clinical capabilities.
- Earn a minimum of 32% of production based upon your experience and clinical capabilities.
- Opportunities to earn performance-based increases, including participation in the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay program that rewards you with increases to your percent of production based upon the clinical value that you create.
