We have figured out how to apply this model to Western markets and take it further by combining irresistible reward earning mechanism with easy-to-use shopping features. Think : CostCo meets Disneyland! We just raised millions from some of the world’s top-tier venture capital investors and angels (for example General Catalyst and David Helgason - founder of Unity). This allows us to solid compensation packages including equity. We are also getting ready for a Series A soon so this is the best time to onboard!

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Growth hacker to lead our brand strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to effectively manage our brand across various channels. You will be working with a senior team of engineers and analytical thinkers. We despise hierarchies so we don't waste time on activities such as reporting or admin. Instead, we focus on solving problems together and individually.

Responsibilities

• Construct and build our user-based local communities based on Whatsapp, Facebook, Reddit and other social media
• Manage and work with Customer Support team to find out users’ pain points and maintain our brand reputation via Trustpilot, Sitejabber, BBB, Complaintsboard and etc.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on multichannel marketing initiatives, including digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
• Create compelling content for public relations campaigns to promote brand messaging.
