We're seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who's ready to bring energy, empathy, and excellence to our vibrant assisted living community in Pinellas Park, Florida.

What You'll Do

  • Support residents in achieving greater independence through personalized therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with our Occupational Therapist to implement engaging and effective treatment strategies.
  • Encourage participation in daily activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.
  • Document progress and celebrate every milestonebig or small!
  • Be a friendly face and trusted guide for residents and their families.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Florida COTA license.
  • A heart for seniors and a knack for motivating others.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creativity in adapting therapy to meet individual needs.
  • Experience in assisted living or geriatric care is a plus!
