A company is looking for a part-time Pharmacy Benefit Manager- Pharmacist Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and document a training plan for prior authorization reviews in collaboration with account managers
Develop and maintain training documentation for onboarding and updates for pharmacists
Deliver engaging training sessions and assess training effectiveness through participant feedback
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or managed care
Licensed pharmacist
Proficiency with virtual training platforms and tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
