Responsibilities
- Conduct wound assessments and provide personalized treatment plans for patients
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Educate patients and their families on wound care, prevention, and management
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Requirements
Active license in state of employmentMinimum of 1 year of experience in wound careAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExceptional critical thinking and decision-making skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management and organizational abilitiesComfortable with technology and electronic medical records.Benefits
