Our client, a highly respected general contractor, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who thrives on managing large, complex projects and wants to grow with a stable, reputable company.
About the Role :
You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ground-up commercial projects valued at $10M+. From preconstruction through closeout, you’ll lead the project team, maintain client relationships, and ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
What Our Client is Looking For :
- Experience : 5+ years as a Project Manager on large commercial projects ($10M+).
- Background : Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field – or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Track Record : Strong tenure with prior employers and a history of successfully delivering projects.
- Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
