Duties and Responsibilities :

• Recruit study participants via database review, outreach, advertising, and prior patient contacts.
• Conduct pre-screening using trial-specific questionnaires to assess eligibility.
• Build rapport and provide excellent customer service to prospective participants.
• Answer questions about study participation, including informed consent and procedures.
• Enter and maintain accurate participant data in the site’s clinical database.
• Schedule screening visits and coordinate staffing needs with the Site Director.
• Collect and review required documentation, including HIPAA forms and medical records.
• Understand study protocols, including timelines, criteria, and requirements.
• Maintain and audit study logs (e.g., enrollment, pre-screening, screening).
• Attend community events to promote studies and support recruitment.
• Track and report outreach and advertising results to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient health information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
