Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop high-performing service teams to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in service teams within healthcare or related industries
Proven track record in managing service delivery operations and owning P&L
Expertise in building customer loyalty and improving service quality
Strong skills in process optimization and operational scaling
