Good Shepherd Village in Springfield, Ohio , is seeking caring and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with flexible scheduling and competitive pay up to $31.88 per hour .

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate changes to the RN / DON.

Provide support and supervision to STNAs and other care staff.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies and state / federal regulations.

Qualifications :

Active LPN license in the State of Ohio (Required).

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused.
