RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Program CNC equipment using Mastercam to machine a variety materials like Tool Steels, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Aluminum and Brass.
  • Develop workflows and write efficient programs using CAD / CAM software.
  • Set up and operate CNC equipment, ensuring conformance to specifications through precise measurement.
  • Adjust machine controls, tooling, and operations for optimal performance.
  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

  • Vocational / technical school education preferred with at least six years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD / CAM software and a strong understanding of machining operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve problems and improve processes.
