Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Senior Full Desk Recruiter in any of our areas of expertise. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders. The focus will be on identifying and attracting top talent within the pharmaceutical industry and providing a positive, efficient hiring experience for both candidates and clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience with sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Proficiency in managing full recruitment processes and collaborating with hiring manager
  • Expertise and understanding of industry-specific recruitment needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with recruitment technologies and platforms is a plus
  • A minimum of 3+ years experience working a full desk performing sales and recruitment within a staffing agency or recruitment firm environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
