The Ambulatory Surgery Unit is a state-of-the-art facility located on the ground floor of the main hospital, adjacent to the Operating Room and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit. It comprises a 28-bed surgery prep unit and a 32-bed outpatient unit providing pre and postoperative care for pediatric patients and adult postoperative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Under the direct supervision of the ASU Nurse Manager, perform patient assessments via phone interviews or in-person sessions prior to admission.
• Collect patient medical histories from previous records and collaborate closely with the anesthesia department.
• Provide direct patient care activities for all age groups.
