What You'll Do :

  • Generate New Business : Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities within your territory.
  • Achieve Sales Goals : Meet and exceed sales targets and margin objectives while supporting company growth.
  • Manage Projects : Lead projects through all phases, including blueprint take-offs, product selection, and proposal preparation.
  • Engage in Networking : Participate in industry organizations, trade shows, and events to increase brand awareness and foster professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with Teams : Work with internal teams and suppliers to deliver superior service to customers.
  • Product Expertise : Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, and stay updated on industry trends.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma / GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in windows, doors, or building / construction products.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
