Position Summary

We’re seeking a seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. This role's main responsibility is to reach out to potential patients, educate them about our innovative programs, and enroll them in our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential patients
• Clearly and concisely explain our programs and services, addressing questions and concerns
• Guide potential patients through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork
• Accurately input patient information into our internal systems
• Maintain regular follow-up with potential patients who either defer initial enrollment or do not answer initial outreach
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and patient satisfaction
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies
