About the Role

This opportunity is tailored for licensed psychiatrists who aspire to develop or grow their private practice. About You

You are a fully licensed psychiatrist with a valid DEA or CDS number , ANCC board certification , a current NPI number , and malpractice insurance .

You aim to initiate or expand your private practice while retaining control over your work schedule, client list, and practice environment.

We accept the following licenses on a state-by-state basis : MD / DO .

Important Notes

This role is a 1099 independent contractor position, empowering you with full control over your practice, hours, and caseload.

Currently, Headway cannot support mental health professionals who are not fully licensed. If you applied with incomplete licensure, you may reapply once your licensing is complete.
