Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to execute comprehensive budgeting, workforce, and succession planning initiatives.
- Provide tailored coaching and consulting to enhance performance management and workforce development across diverse divisions.
- Lead the development and implementation of talent attraction and retention strategies, managing HR projects on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Utilize HR analytics to provide data-driven insights on HR initiatives and organizational performance.
- Represent our facility at community and corporate events in the USA and Canada, fostering professional relationships.
- Facilitate change management processes by promoting open communication and trust within the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and lead teams to achieve their objectives effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.3 to 8 years of HR management experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.In-depth knowledge of US and Virginia HR compliance regulations.Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems.Proven leadership experience with a diverse industrial workforce.Expertise in succession planning, coaching, mentoring, and developing an engaging workplace culture.Strategic thinking with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions.Documented success in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.Why This Opportunity is Exciting
