The Associate Director Population Health And Quality will work closely with the leadership at the NC C&S Managed Medicaid Plan to manage state-mandated population health and quality programs. This role is responsible for contributing to and leading efforts to improve the health and well-being of our enrolled North Carolinians but also substantially improving quality and population health outcomes. This position will work closely with the Vice President of Population Health and the Director of Quality but will be part of a highly matrixed environment and will require extensive cross functional collaboration both internally and with external stakeholders.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
