General Home Repair & Maintenance Worker
Department : Residential
Salary Range : $24-27 / hr DOE
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to execute home carpentry repairs, drywall installation and finishing. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong respect for quality work, and excellent communication abilities. Occasional painting may also be required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general repair work including siding, trim, cabinetry, and door / window installation.
- Install, patch, and repair drywall; tape, mud, sand, and prep surfaces for finishing.
- Measure and cut materials with precision for installations.
- Maintain tools and ensure work meets building codes and safety standards.
- Clean and organize job sites and manage leftover materials and inventory.
- Follow safety protocols and handle on-site challenges efficiently.
- Assist with inventory tracking and organizing materials and equipment in shops / trailers.
