About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

License : WA RN or Compact RN License required

Certifications : Basic Life Support Certification preferred

Must-Have :

• Previous case management experience, specifically in care coordination and discharge planning
• Ability to float between units as needed

Description :

The Registered Nurse will work within a team of case managers.

The focus will be on coordinating care within an acute care environment.

Floating between various units will be required based on need.

The nurse may float to different areas within the facility.

Patient populations include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Experience in acute care hospital settings is essential.

Behavioral health experience does not count as acute care hospital experience.

The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Flexibility and adaptability are critical for this position.

Travelers will be expected to float to different units within their skill set as necessary.

Communication devices will be provided to perform duties as assigned.

Providers will submit any related expenses directly for reimbursement.

All travelers must commit to working three of the five designated holidays.

References from supervisory roles covering recent employment are required.
