We're seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager Healthcare Buildings to join our team in Stockton, CA. Someone who can use their vast experience in the industry and apply it to today's challenges.
As a Project Manager Healthcare Buildings on our team, you're not just building structures, helping our clients innovate and grow by executing the construction of their various facilities that are shaping our world.
You will be working out of the client's site / office in Stockton, CA, reporting directly to the Sr. Project Manager and working alongside other Project and Construction Managers. You'll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You will manage and provide construction oversight and resolve complex construction project related issues, disputes, and disagreements. As the onsite Owner's Representative, you will play a critical role in overseeing both the progress and technical execution of the project.

The base salary range for this position is $119,800.00 to $187,250.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
