Equipment Operator - Recycling Facility

We're seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator to join our team at our Albuquerque recycling plant . If you have experience operating heavy machinery and are passionate about sustainability, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Operate a Forklift as your primary equipment.

Occasionally operate a Front-End Loader , baler , and other machinery including trucks and smaller equipment.

Support daily operations to ensure efficient recycling processes.

Schedule :

Four 12 hour shifts per week.

Workdays : Monday-Friday , with one weekday off , Sunday off , and a rotating Saturday .

Start time : 5 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Compensation :

$17.00-$20.00 / hour , depending on experience (DOE)

$10,000 Stay-On Bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

Pushing recyclables onto an incline belt

Loading recycle materials in a hopper

Loading, dump trucks, open top trailers, pushing up piles of yard debris, rubble

Responsible for equipment inspection

Assisting customers and employees as needed .

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Proven experience in operating Forklifts and Balers

Ability to be self-directed as well as work in a team environment

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
