Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the vertical-specific go-to-market and business development strategy
Identify, prospect, and close new client accounts across various sectors
Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and manage the end-to-end sales cycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required
7+ years of experience in business development or sales within talent solutions or the Engineering industry
Proven success in individual sales execution and team management
Strong knowledge of high-skill roles relevant to the vertical
Proficiency with CRM tools and collaboration platforms
