  • Employment Type : Travel Nursing\n
  • Unit : Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)\n
  • Start Date : September 29, 2025\n
  • End Date : December 29, 2025\n
  • Contract Duration : 13 weeks\n
  • Shift : 8 Hour Days (6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM); call required and split among nurses for 24 / 7 coverage\n
  • Hours per Week : 40\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,070 - $2,450\n
  • Patient Ratio : 1 : 1\n
  • EMR System : PICIS / Medhost\n
  • Scrubs : Provided and laundered by hospital\n

    • \n\nCVOR Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active RN license (Registered Nurse)\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR nursing experience\n
  • BLS and AED certifications required\n
  • CNOR and ACLS certifications preferred\n
  • Ability to float to Operating Room (OR) when CVOR cases are not scheduled\n
  • Strong documentation and workflow coordination skills\n

    • \n\nCVOR RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Serve as circulating nurse in the CVOR, ensuring patient safety during open-heart and vascular surgeries\n
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support sterile field during cardiovascular surgical procedures\n
  • Coordinate workflow and collaborate with the surgical healthcare team\n
  • Float to general OR nursing duties as needed\n
  • Participate in call rotation for unit coverage\n
  • Uphold hospital standards for infection control and patient care\n
