Kindly note : this role is based onsite at facility in Dinuba, CA; presence at this location is required five days per week.

About the Role

The Logistics Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of our freight coordination and order fulfillment process. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities Include

Coordinate and schedule freight shipments from warehouse to customers, ensuring on-time delivery.

Manage day-to-day transactions with carriers or third-party logistics providers (3PLs), including scheduling trucks, communicating delivery, and pick-up dates.

Schedule and confirm receiving and delivery appointments with carriers, customers, and internal teams.

Process and fulfill sales orders accurately using NetSuite ERP system.

Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery issues or delays.

Communicate order and shipping status to internal teams and customers as needed.

Maintain accurate shipping records, documents, and logs in ERP and tracking systems.

Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper picking, packing, and staging of outgoing shipments.

Verify and reconcile freight invoices, resolving discrepancies when necessary.

Maintain compliance with company policies, carrier requirements, and transportation regulations.

Provide daily logistics updates and reports to management.

Monitor and manage inventory transfers between locations as needed.

Attend all mandatory meetings.

Qualifications

1+ years of work experience as a Logistics Coordinator, or similar role.

Work experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain operations.

ERP systems experience; NetSuite experience is preferred.

Knowledge of freight and shipping methods.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Exceptional organization and planning skills.

Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).

Experience with logistics or TMS software is a plus!
