NJR Home Services (NJRHS), a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources, is seeking a dynamic and detail-orientated Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team in achieving immediate and long-term business goals. Assists with the executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote NJRHS products and services, coordinates various marketing activities, manages project timelines, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives and specific project needs.

Major Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
• Produce marketing communication materials including flyers, brochures, and printed / digital media.
• Build and maintain content calendars to attract customers and prospects to our social platforms; manage website content, blogs and all SEO activities with creating engaging, relevant posts.
• Serve as social media expert by overseeing social media profiles and presence for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including paid ads;stay current on changes to ensure maximum effectiveness and guide content direction.
• Engage in relevant social discussions about company products and services.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, and assist with the creation of monthly marketing dashboards.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create and schedule email campaigns using platforms like Constant Contact and Hubspot); analyze and present updates as needed.
• Updates and maintains marketing materials and templates in accordance with annual marketing strategy.
• Assist with photo / video shoots, commercial production, and visual media projects.
• Assist with organizing and attending marketing and social responsibility events, such as trade shows, conferences, and community events.
• Maintain marketing databases and assist in CRM management.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with annual KPIs and corporate strategies.

Other Details :

Compensation : Expected base pay range for this role will be $59,000- $75,200.

Base pay is based on several factors including, experience, skills, and knowledge.

This role will be eligible to participate in an annual short term incentive program.
