Capacity Building Specialist

A company is looking for an AfCFTA Gap and Barrier Assessment and Capacity Building Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to identify barriers and gaps in the implementation of AfCFTA

Develop a comprehensive gap and barrier analysis document for AfCFTA implementation

Support the rollout of a training program and develop awareness materials related to AfCFTA

Required Qualifications

Advanced University degree in Agricultural Economics, Trade, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related fields

Ten years of experience in agricultural development in Southern Africa and globally

Full proficiency in English (Level C)

Experience working with SADC, AUDA, COMESA, and related institutions

Familiarity with policies and programs in agribusiness, trade, and investment
