We're seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Oshkosh facility. This role is essential to keeping our materials organized, our teams equipped, and our jobs on schedule. Youll manage warehouse staff, coordinate with the shop and field crews, and ensure a safe, efficient, and accurate flow of materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff and material handlers
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, verify accuracy, and inspect materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and staging for field crews
  • Coordinate daily loading and delivery of jobsite materials
  • Partner with fabrication and project management teams to ensure readiness and prioritize work
  • Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized facility
  • Track material usage and delivery timing; escalate issues to the purchasing team when needed
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to support company growth
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 3+ years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience (construction or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication and team leadership skills
  • Proficient with inventory systems or ERP tools
  • Forklift certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical, fast-paced environment

    • EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Wisconsin Drivers License

    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

    This role requires standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day, including work around large equipment, in warehouse and loading dock areas, and occasional outdoor exposure. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work safely around elevated platforms.
