Description : Job Summary

The Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing the front desk, handling phone and email communications, and performing a variety of clerical duties to support smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, professional, and able to multitask.

Requirements :

• Welcome and greet visitors / clients professionally; direct them or take appropriate action.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages and ensure timely follow-up.
• Handle incoming / outgoing mail, packages and courier deliveries.
• Maintain the reception area : ensure it is clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Manage front-office supplies; monitor inventory and order new supplies as needed.
• Maintain office equipment : ensure copiers, printers, fax machines are stocked and functioning; report issues to maintenance or vendors.
• Assist staff and management with clerical tasks : copying, scanning, filing, data entry, preparing documents.
• Manage emails addressed to the general office or reception; respond or route to the appropriate person.
• Maintain and update office phone lists, employee directory, and other reference sheets.
