Excellent follow-up and tracking skills Creative and adaptable improviser with an ability to work through unforeseen obstacles Professional demeanor with ethical character Must work well with others and have a team-focused approach Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record. Responsibilities
- Successfully sell fabrication equipment (press brake, laser cutting, saws, etc.) and manufacturing solutions by establishing and building relationships with existing and new customers
- Visit customers to understand their business, uncover and anticipate needs, and propose appropriate solutions
- Partner with Suppliers and Applications Engineering staff for technical support and demonstrations
- Develop and present solutions that address specific customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and meet or exceed goals
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with all team members and departments
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the metal fabrication industry and product lines represented by the company, and a thorough knowledge of competitor products and services
- Maintain contacts, accounts, activities, forecasts, quotes, etc
