Chief Supply Chain Officer

The role of Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) is critical to shaping our future as we fight to increase our market share while striving to expand our presence into new categories and markets. The CSCO will partner with the CEO and the Executive Team (Strategy Team) to lead our future Supply Chain strategy that supports our growth aspirations while strengthening our operating model and building for the future.
We are looking for an individual who has a combination of deep operational knowledge, broad strategic insight, and a performance strategist. This individual must have highly developed leadership qualities and interpersonal skills. They must possess a mastery of change, to help translate strategic vision into action. They must also have the potential to grow into the CEO role.
